GST registration for foreigners is required for non-resident taxable persons who are making taxable supplies in India. Procedure to obtain GST registration for foreigners

To apply for GST registration in India the applicant has to submit GST REG 09. To apply for GST registration, foreign businesses or applicants are first required to identify the person to act as an authorized representative for GST compliance in India and PAN (which is optional).
