Documents required to register an LLP in India

For the Partners:

  • PAN Card or Passport if the applicant is a foreigner.
  • Driving License or Aadhar Card, Resident Card or Election Card, or any other identity proof issued by the Government.
  • Bank statement or telephone bill less than 3 months old.

Registered office proof:

  • Authorization from the landlord (electricity bill or gas bill or property tax receipt or name mentioned in the sale deed) to use the premises as a registered office. It acts as NOC from the landlord and;
  • Proof of any utility services like gas, electricity, or telephone showing the address of the premises bearing the name of the owner or document which is not more than two months old.
