Producer Company

Producing, selling, procurement, grading, pooling, handling, harvesting, marketing, and exporting the primary producers of the members, or the imports of goods or services.

Producer Company Aims

The producer company is mainly concerned with the production of its active members. It is permitted to carry out any of the following activities on its own or on behalf of members through other entities.

• Processing includes preserving, distilling, brewing, drying, vining, canning, and packaging the produce of its members.
• Manufacture, supply of machinery, or sale, equipment, or consumables mainly to its members
• To educate its members and others on the principle of mutual aid
• To render technical services, training, research, development and consultancy services, and all other activities for the promotion of the interests of its members.
• Activities to promote the interests of its members
• Generating, distributing power and transmitting, revitalizing land and water resources, and communication and using conservation, are relatable to primary production.
• Insurance of producers or their primary produce
• Promote techniques of reciprocity and mutual aid
• Welfare measures or facilities for the benefit of the members as decided by the Board
• any other activity, ancillary or similar to any action that promotes the principles of mutual assistance between the members in any different manner
• Financing the purchase, processing, marketing, or other activities including the extension of credit facilities or any other financial services to its members.
