PSARA License
Private Security Agency Regulation Act, 2005 Popularly Known as PSARA is Primary Requirement for starting a Private Security Business in India. The agency that is providing security services via guards or “service which is related to alternate service of public policy” to a private company or organization is called Private Security Agency. Such an agency is required to obtain PSARA License from the respective state government.

Secondly, We need to decide the Agency Name, Uniform of Guard According to grade, and the Logo of the Agency. All such things must be unique.
Send us a Document of the Applicant
We need documents related to individuals/directors/applicants etc for filing purposes. which includes KYC Documents like Photographs, Adhar cards, Voter id cards, Contact details, etc
Obtaining Other Required Registration
We will procure mandatory registration for the application of PSARA. PF, GST, ESIC, Gumasta, and Professional Tax are required to obtain.
Preparation of MoU (if not available)
PSARA License application required a Memorandum of Understanding with the Security Training Institute registered under PSARA Act.
Submission of Application to Home Department
After that, we will submit an application to the home department. the officer will verify the documents. however, the officer in charge can ask for any document/details which are necessary before issuance of the PSARA License. after clarification submission they will process the application. The average time of processing is 40 Days.
Issuance of PSARA License
Once Office is satisfied with all documents and details then the department will grant Psaras license.
